The floor plans range from single story small cottage plans, single floor with loft, two story with bedrooms above, to two stories with vaulted ceiling and a basement below.
No matter what you call your dream cabin we may have floor plan designs. Cottage, bungalow, tiny house, country house, cabin with loft, or small house can describe our cabin plans. We have floor plans from a tiny less than 200 square foot house to over 2000 square feet luxury vacation home.
These small house plans, medium cottage plans, and large cabin plans can be used to construct a guest house, pool house, bungalow cottage, or large vacation cabin on your property. Our small home plans have two popular foundation versions. Post and pier foundation and a full concrete perimeter foundation are both detailed on the plans. We offer a mirrored version of all cabin plans for the same price as our standard cabin plans.

You can order on-line. From the sales drawing of the cabin plan click on "Order Now" to communicate your information through a secure connection. We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. We need the cabin plan number, credit card number, expiration date, name on card, 3-digit code, billing address, phone number, and email address.

Our cabin plan package contains all the views, details, and notes that you should need to build the cabin. You get the master drawing on 24" x 36" bond which has floor plan designs, roof plan, foundation plan, elevations, cross sections, details, and notes.   A material list, beam information, invoice and letter are included and shipped in a 3" x 3" x 25" cardboard box.
We send your cabin plans out by priority mail the next working day. There is no additional shipping cost for priority mail. You will have your cabin plans in 3 to 5 days for mailing depending on your location. We can Express mail or FedEx pre-designed cabin plans overnight for an additional $45. We can Email pre-designed plans in Adobe Acrobat format the same day at no additional cost. The plans are formatted for 24" x 36" paper so that you will need to take the files to a blue print shop or Kinkos for printing.
You get the master drawing on 24" x 36" vellum and permission to make as many copies as you need for your project. You take the master drawing to a blueprint shop for copying. Typically a copy will cost about $1.30 in your area. This also allows you to make minor changes to the plan before making copies. Your planning department may require one to five copies. You will want copies for contractors.

The plans are designed to the national IRC, and IBC codes which are adopted in most states. The codes continually change and we are frequently updating the house plans to insure compliance. A few states have created their own code requirements.   Many California counties are unique in their requirements. We have created two California code compliance packages and one for Florida designed to meet the latest code requirements.

This 384 S.F. 16' by 24' Cabin with sleeping loft is compact but has all you need. Access to the main floor is provided by a front door from a full width sheltered front porch. A ladder leads to an additional spacious 116 S.F. vaulted loft. The open living area is vaulted and includes a complete roomy kitchen.   The bath has a shower. This would be a fun place to escape from the city, traffic, and just relax.
